1. Cancellation Policy

Service Cancellations by Client:

Requests for service cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email) to our official contact address.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within [X] days of service agreement or before the commencement of project work, whichever is earlier.

Company-Initiated Cancellations:

In rare cases, AXIS VENTURES may cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, any applicable refund will be processed promptly.

Refunds will be issued only if services have not yet been initiated and significant resources have not been allocated to the project.

If work has commenced, refunds will be made on a pro-rata basis after deducting applicable charges for completed work and administrative costs.

Non-Refundable Services:

Fees paid for consultation, research, or third-party services are non-refundable.

Customized solutions, once delivered, are not eligible for a refund.

3. Refund Processing
